There seem to be very few photographs by Boris Roubakine on the Internet.

He was born in Switzerland in 1908, lived in NYC in the 1940’s and moved to Canada after that.

He was perhaps best known as a professional concert pianist and teacher.

So, I decided to post a few photos .

These are some of his Swiss Alpine landscape photos from the 1920’s and 1930’s.

He was friends with my Father; I believe they met in Switzerland and then both lived in or near New York City in the 1940’s.
